Day 604-random

So the whole world of Canon shooters is anxiously awaiting new cameras from this years Photokina event.

The 50D has already been announced, and there are rumors of 7D and 3D. Both of those (if real at all) may be Full Frame sensors...but who knows.

The big BIG news will be what the deal is with the new 5D Mark II body.

There is a teaser ad for a new body right here, which may be the new 5D Mark II.

A rumor has been going around about why the new 5D body will be sucha big deal

"I've been told that Canon has a new "miracle sensor" coming that has the ability to sense the proper ISO needed for several "zones" within a photo at once. IE, the bright sky will get ISO 50, while the shaded area under the brim of a person's hat may get ISO 400....all automatically to allow the entire image to be correctly exposed. Something similar to in-camera, one-frame only HDR results."

If that is true that shit would be crazy.

We'll see what the rest of the month holds...

...should I drop a shit load of money next month and upgrade, even though I upgraded about 5 months ago???

(probably not)
